Security information is probabilistic
Risk scores, confidence, caller reputation, pattern detection, AI-assisted analysis, and threat-intelligence indicators are security tools. They do not constitute a legal, factual, or governmental determination that a caller is fraudulent, malicious, or associated with the apparent caller ID.
Not legal advice
Information on the Pal Call website and in reports is provided for operational and informational purposes and is not legal advice. Customers remain responsible for obtaining legal advice about calling, recording, consent, privacy, telemarketing, employment, industry-specific, or state-law requirements applicable to their use.
Not an emergency or carrier service
Pal Call is not a 911 service, emergency-service provider, or telephone carrier. Do not rely on Pal Call as the sole method of receiving emergency communications.

RingCentral, Twilio, and other third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners. References describe interoperability and do not imply endorsement, certification, or partnership unless expressly stated.
No 100% security guarantee
No software can guarantee complete protection against every attack, robocall, spoofed call, provider failure, or configuration error. Use defense-in-depth, maintain provider and account security, and review protection logs and configuration regularly.
